Community Support Concern (CSC), an NGO working for the uplift of women through Poverty Alleviation Program organized annual award ceremony. CSC is recognized as development organization striving hard for the development of women residing in the remote rural and semi urban areas. The purpose of this event was to encourage best workers and infuse a spirit of dedication and hard work so that they best serve the communities.
Ayesha Taslim, Director Program DSF was invited as a volunteer supporter to address the award winners. While distributing the awards to the best workers she commended their efforts and said that God has blessed women with a number of qualities among which courage to meet the challenges is remarkable. Brave women are those who fight against the hurdles and misfortunes to defeat the miseries. In this regard the role of civil society organizations is of utmost importance.
While appreciating the efforts of CSC, Ayesha Taslim introduced the DSF activities highlighting the surgical, psycho social and vocational training support extended for rehabilitation of acid and kerosene oil burns victims.
