Hinna Emmanual

Hinna Emmanual, a young beautiful lady from a middle class family from Lahore was living a happy life and never knew that a dreadful incident was going to change her life. It was during winter vacations when Hinna’s sister came with her daughter to spend the weekend with Hinna and her parents. After dinner when they all went to sleep the gas cylinder blasted; Hinna and her parents got burnt, while her two sisters and niece were luckily saved, being in the corner a few feet away from the cylinder. Unfortunately, Hinna’s parents died in this incidence. Hinna’s face and hands were severely burnt. Hinna and her younger sister was left alone so her brother-in-law took their responsibility but she didn’t want to depend on her brother-in-law and desperately wanted to stand on her feet.

She contacted Depilex Smileagain Foundation (DSF) and got registered in 2013. Since then she has undergone required surgeries. As her health improved, she was supported to complete a beauty course. She is also trained to work as a front desk officer. DSF is getting in touch with a number of organizations for her job placement.
