Depilex Smile again hosted a DARS for its team. Nighat from ‘Alhuda’ was invited to address. She explained the holiness of the month of RAMADAN. Referring to the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), she enlightened that whoever fasts during Ramadan with faith and seeking reward (from Allah) all his/her past sins will be forgiven.
Referring to the tragic incidents in the lives of burnt victims, the ‘Alhuda’ representative elaborated that during times of deep trial, despair, and sadness, Muslims seek comfort and guidance in the words of Allah in the Qur’an. Allah reminds us that all people will be tried and tested in life, and calls upon Muslims to bear these trials with patient perseverance and prayer. Islam is a religion of peace, hope and spiritual growth. Islam teaches us that we should remain promising under all circumstances regardless of the position that we fall in. Those who remain hopeful are on the righteous path.
Responding on behalf of burnt victims, Bushra Shafi shared that in spite of the tragedies that fell on the burnt victims God has been kind and they have been saved, treated, trained, rehabilitated and are now leading normal lives.
The evening ended at Iftar hosted by DSF.
